Chiefs Baskette is a 1987 black bay mare by The Chief Justice++ out of a GG Jabask daughter. She is double *Bask++ and double *Serafix which make her a mare of exceptional pedigree. In the late 80's and early 90's closely related horses from these lines were the successful emergence of the Chief Justice and GG Jabask cross.

As noted in Arabian Horse Times' September 1987 issue, "·the doubling up on both the *Serafix and *Bask++ lines through these two super sires has produced some strikingly beautiful Arabian horses." Baskette has also successfully completed two 50 mile endurance rides with virtually no training and she did it like an old pro. Baskette has excellent manners, both on the ground and under saddle and is eager to please. She is our family "pet". Her exceptional temperament passes on to her babies as told by her previous owner.
