Comets Starshine is a 1988 bay mare by Aladdinns Comet (an Aladdin I son and Aladdinn grandson) out of a Bey Shah daughter. She is a Sweepstakes nominated mare. Her sire was exported to Malaysia and is currently siring champion endurance and dressage horses. She is also double *Bask++ and double *Serafix. Her tail female line goes back to Theeqyptianprince.

This mare is a proven endurance horse and has completed nearly 1000 miles and 13 rides carrying a heavyweight rider, which includes two Tevis Cup finishes in the top twenty. Almost 50% of her rides were top ten, including one win and she has received the Best Condition award three times. She was scheduled to compete in the Tevis Cup this year, however this winter she was turned out to pasture and suffered a kick to her knee which created an injury that has ended her career as an endurance mare. With her exceptional history and record, we have decided she will make a great broodmare. We are lucky to have this proven mare as a part of our herd.
